Animated Musical Fantasy Film
It follows the story of a kind-hearted girl forced as a maid by her wicked stepmother, who , after the king organizes a ball to find a suitable wife for prince charming, tries to find a way to attend the event against the wishes of her stepmother and stepsisters.
Disney converts a known fairytale into a cinematic experience where the skilled animation, the lively colors and the lovely music woven into the storyline add depth and detail . It was nominated for 3 Academy Awards.
