Ben Sharpsteen

He was a prominent director and producer at Walt Disney studios where his strength for action scenes and slapstick comedy contributed to the success of some of the most renowned classic animation films of the 1940’s.
He won 2 Academy Awards in his later work as a producer of documentaries.
Four of his films made it to our All-Time Best Films list .
