ALL-TIME BEST FILMS

With the pandemic as a background me and my partner, John decided to compile a list of the 600 All-Time Best Films and stream them. This page is meant to provide commentary about them.

Over 300 Film Directors controlled the artistic and dramatic aspects of the films on our list, guiding the technical crew and actors in the fulfilment of that vision.

We covered films from the silent era,  the rise of Hollywood studios, the golden era thru the dawn of modern film industry and the appearance of blockbusters. 

A great portion of the critically acclaimed films fall under the drama genre. 

Here we categorize other genres for analysis:  Action, Comedy, Horror, Musical , LGBT, Animation, Thriller, Westens, Sci Fi, and more. 

The list was  created from the perspective of an English-language audience. 

Here we spotlight the films in foreign languages that made it to the list and highlight a few regions of interest.

For example, because of my heritage I have included the best 5 Colombian films ever made. 

Thousands of actors represented the main characters in  the all-time best films engaging the audience and drawing them into the powerful stories.
