The Immigrant

Chaplin show his character The Tramp as an Immigrant who meets , falls for, and helps a woman during the challenging voyage to the US and then once on land he tries to stay on her good graces by inviting her to a meal even though he cannot afford it.
Chaplin blends humor, romance and social commentary in an interesting way, however the story structure is a little weak.
