Paris, Texas

Director Wim Wenders follows a desert-wondering vagabond who after reuniting with his brother and seven year old son embarks on a voyage through the American Southwest to track down his long-missing wife. Wenders creates a compelling contemporary poetic Western with a vision of America as a place with spiritual emptiness and surreal beauty charting the emotional lives of its characters in a believable way.
