Captain America: The First Avenger

Director Joe Johnston follows the story of a frail man rejected from military service during World War II who after an experiment is transformed into a super-soldier that eventually has to face-off a nazi organization led by an evil character that intends to use an energy source for world domination. Director Joe Johnston delivers a fast-paced entertaining adaptation of a cherished Marvel comic with a retro vibe, and a handful of fine performances that becomes the template for the first Avengers film .
