Fellini follows a group of aristocrats, who after sailing on a luxury cruise liner to scatter the ashes of a world-famous diva, cross paths with a group of Serbian refugees and an Austro-Hungarian warship forcing them to interact in a way that permanently changes their itinerary. Fellini creates a less eccentric film than usual, making it more accessible to audiences, but which still carries notable cinematography and production design with interesting social commentary satire of Europe during the WWI era.
