Thomas Vinterberg

Vinterberg has an eclectic filmography that includes acclaimed art-house experiments, severe moral thrillers, lavish costume dramas and real-life stories. His influence in cinema was established after co-founding (with Lars Von Trier) the Dogme 95 movement in filmmaking, based on the traditional values of story, acting, and theme, and excluding the use of elaborate special effects or technology.
