Anthony Russo

Working together with his brother Joe, they made their names by directing cult TV shows and the occasional low-budget indie comedy before they were contacted by Marvel to direct an iteration of Captain America that not only was economically successful but brought grounded naturalism and palpable gravitas that established the duo as versatile action masters and a commanding voice in the Marvel franchise.
