Scorsese tells the story of Jordan Belfort who starts as an unemployed stockbroker who amasses a fortune committing securities fraud and indulges in excessive parties while federal authorities try to catch up with him.
Scorsese feels here as excessive as the environment he is trying to portray , DiCaprio performance is laudable.
