Noir Crime Drama Cult film
Kubrick follows the story of a crook who assembles a team to attempt a racetrack robbery as his last job before going straight and getting married to his fiancée, who in turn has plans of her own.
Kubrick creates a stylish ironic noir with themes of greed and infidelity that make it particularly dramatic.
