Raging Bull

Scorsese tells the story of Jake LaMotta, a middleweight boxer whose rage helps him get to the top of his career but is a hindrance in his personal life.
It’s a little painful to watch a hero with so few redeeming qualities but that also showcases the quality of Robert de Niro’s performance. It is another interesting Scorsese’s study into the mind of a violent and disconected man .
