Orson Welles presents the story of a foreign narcotics agent that, while investigating a bomb explosion at the US-Mexico border discovers a local corruption case that puts him and his new bride in danger.
The innovative composition, dialogue and characterisations show the genius in Welles ( Our Score :93.6, barely missing the top 10). Just the opening 3.5 minutes scene is a classic in its own right.
