King of Comedy

Scorsese presents the story of an unsuccessful comic who after meeting his idol looks for a way to take the spotlight even if it means resorting to stalking and kidnapping.
This social satire about the nature of fame can be misunderstood but it has interesting layers of suspense and dark comedy built into it ( Our Score :78)
