Adapted from the famous Ray Bradbury novel, director François Truffaut follows the story of a fireman in a future society that has banned all reading material and the job of firemen is to set fire on books at 451 degrees but he questions his task after meeting a book-loving girl. Truffaut creates an interesting sci-fi film with a political message that can produce an emotional impact but that may feel visually dated to a contemporary audience
